§ 01 / Your Data Rights

Control your data on Beolta

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to receive it in a portable format.

§ 02 / Rights at a Glance

Art. 15 · Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including the purposes of processing and any third parties it was shared with.

Art. 17 · Erasure

Request deletion of your personal data. We will anonymise your records and suppress future outreach. Financial records required by law are retained for up to 7 years in anonymised form.

Art. 20 · Portability

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable JSON and CSV format that you can transfer to another service.

§ 03 / Submit a Request

For security, the verification link is sent only to the email on record for the data subject — not necessarily the address entered here. We use this address solely to reach you about your request.

By submitting, you acknowledge that we will verify your identity before processing your request.

§ 04 / What Happens Next

  1. 01You submit the form and provide your email address.
  2. 02We send a verification email to confirm you own that address.
  3. 03Once verified, we queue your request for fulfillment.
  4. 04Within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12), we send you the result by email.
  5. 05For access/portability requests: a secure download link (valid 72 hours).
  6. 06For erasure requests: a confirmation that your data has been anonymised.
